Just a quick note to let you all know that we are at Children's Hospital with Henry. He came down with a fever on Weds night/Thurs morning, and unfortunately, that's an automatic hospital visit for a baby under 28 days. We have been here since early yesterday and will hopefully be heading home tomorrow. They ran a bunch of tests and had to do a spinal tap, which was just horrible to watch. They discovered he has meningitis, but luckily, it looks like the viral kind and not the more serious bacterial meningitis. He tested positive for the Enterovirus, which can cause viral meningitis, which is why we are pretty sure it's nothing more serious. Anyway, I will write more about the experience later. He's doing really well considering what he's been through, and I'm just really tired. We're thankful it doesn't seem to be anything more serious, although they are giving him antibiotics just in case. Hopefully the cultures will come back in the a.m. and we'll be out of here!
His poor little arm is strapped to a board to keep the IV in place

Jill and Brian, we are praying for Henry. I hope you get to go home soon. Aubrey just needs some time. Does she try to help you all with Henry? It will take some time but she will come around. Have a good day. Give them kisses and hugs from Kentucky. Love, Aunt Barbara
